Who’s down with OKP? Come visit me at my new web home – www.onekindplanet.com

I’ve teamed-up with the Country Tart in a new venture and hope you’ll come check us out over there! Here’s what One Kind Planet is all about:

One Body – One Planet – One Forward Movement Together

At One Kind Planet, we believe that balanced health is the ultimate goal for each of us, both as individuals and as the collective body of all of us that share this Kind Planet.  When you are practicing healthy living activities by the most simple and natural means, you are not only taking care of your own body, but the land, the local economy, and the planet–as a whole.

We are here to raise our energy and practice good food karma through balance.  This means that food is consumed as nourishment and fuel, and that we are learning to obtain nourishment that was grown and harvested in a sustainable manner.  Practice eating local goods that are fresh and in-season.  Making simple meals from ingredients that shine is one of the happiest ways to celebrate this wonderful life and share it with those that we love.

This nurturing community was founded on the principals of Ayni, the ancient Peruvian law that states everything in the world is connected, and this is the only commandment that rules daily life.  We honor the land, the resources that feed and shelter us, and we honor others–and by doing so we honor ourselves for a long, happy life.

There is so much positivity and good energy to be shared and we are glad that you are here to be a part of it all.  Join in the fun, in pursuit of the whole picture, and share your gifts with this great community.  That’s where it all begins.  Friends, sharing balanced living tips and lifting one another up so that we may ALL be a part of the change we want to see within ourselves and the greater world.  Welcome to the OKP family.

Hope to see you there!
